Clinton's Pilots took the field in eastern Iowa as a Class A Midwest League club during the late 1960s and into the 1970s. Minor league baseball in small river towns meant everything back then. Teams like the Pilots gave Clinton a place on the map and summer nights worth remembering.
Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.
