Eaton's spread across Los Angeles throughout the mid-twentieth century, with locations from Ventura Boulevard to Colorado Boulevard in Arcadia. Each spot, from the Rancho to the Chicken House, anchored its neighborhood. A chain like that didn't just feed a city, it mapped the sprawl of postwar LA one dinner at a time.
