Freeport's Pretzels took the diamond in 1905 as part of the Class B Wisconsin State League, carrying a small Illinois city's pride into organized baseball. Minor league clubs like this one gave working towns something to rally around on summer evenings. Long after the last pitch, the name still belongs to Freeport. Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.

The Details:

A vintage cartoon-style anthropomorphic pretzel mascot with big eyes, white gloves, and a toothy grin holds a baseball bat, beside a circular badge reading "Class B" surrounded by "Wisconsin State League." Gold text reads "Freeport, Illinois" above large distressed white script reading "Pretzels" with a swooping tail underline. Smaller white text reads "Baseball Club" alongside distressed gold lettering reading "EST.1905."
