Frontier Hotel staked its claim on the Las Vegas Strip in 1942, one of the earliest gambling halls in that stretch of desert. Before mega-resorts reshaped the skyline, places like the Frontier defined what Vegas meant. Six decades of Nevada history lived there before it closed in 2007. Part of our Vintage Las Vegas collection, celebrating the defunct golden era venues of yesteryear.
