Grand Central Bowl anchored Flower Street in Glendale through decades of league nights and weekend roll-offs. Opening during the 1950s boom in Southern California bowling culture, it became a gathering place where neighbors turned into teammates. Some alleys just hosted games. Grand Central held a community together.
