T-Shirts come in two premium styles. Deluxe: 100% ring-spun cotton. Luxury: ultra soft vintage heather blend of combed ring-spun cotton & polyester.

Ottumwa fielded the Coal Palaces in 1890, one season in the Illinois-Iowa League under a name borrowed from the exhibition hall that drew crowds to town that year. Southeast Iowa dug coal for a living, and the ballclub carried that pride onto the diamond. Short-lived teams like this one gave mining towns a summer identity worth remembering. Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.

The Details:

A retro logo for the Ottumwa Coal Palaces, the 1890 Illinois-Iowa League minor league baseball team from the coal mining town of Ottumwa, Iowa, with a vintage batter and an Iowa outline.
