Tonga Room has enchanted visitors inside San Francisco's Fairmont Hotel since 1945, surviving every era that tried to leave tiki culture behind. Built around an indoor pool converted into a lagoon, it became a sanctuary where the spirit of mid-century Polynesian escapism never faded. Few cocktail bars anywhere can claim eight unbroken decades of magic. Part of our Vintage Tiki collection, celebrating the defunct golden era bars of yesteryear.
