Hotel Cosmopolitan in Denver, Colorado, opened in 1926 at 18th and Broadway and was celebrated as a luxurious full-service destination with around 460 guest rooms, elegant dining rooms including a firearm-adorned “Gun Room,” and even a famed Trader Vic’s tiki bar from 1962 to 1978. The hotel closed on New Year’s Eve 1983 and was demolished in 1984. This retro vintage design was inspired by the vintage hotels & resorts of yesteryear.
