The Pittsburg Diamonds took the field in 1948 as part of the Class D Far West League, bringing hardball grit to the industrial town of Pittsburg, California. Though their time in the spotlight was short-lived, the Diamonds represented a golden era of small-town baseball, where the bleachers were wooden, the crowds were loud, and every game felt like the big leagues. This design is part of our old school retro baseball designs inspired by the vintage and now defunct Minor League Baseball teams of yesteryear. Original branding reimagined by m00nshot for the lost baseball teams of yesteryear for which mostly nothing exists. Printed on our warm & cozy heavyweight unisex sweatshirt.
