Vince and Paul's Steak House stood at 1521 West Seventh Street in Los Angeles, a mid-century destination where serious dinners unfolded over white tablecloths and red leather. Operating through the 1950s and 1960s, it belonged to an era when a steakhouse was a covenant between kitchen and guest. Places like this anchored a neighborhood's identity.
