Wilmington's Peaches took the diamond in 1896 as part of the Atlantic League, bringing competitive baseball to Delaware during the sport's raw, formative years. Minor league clubs like this one were the lifeblood of small cities, giving working families something to rally around every summer evening. Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.
