Lindale Dragons took the field in 1928 as part of the Georgia-Alabama League, bringing Class D minor league baseball to a small Georgia mill town. Communities like Lindale built their identity around teams like these, gathering at the ballpark as a shared ritual. Long after the league folded, the memory stayed rooted in the town. Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.
