Portland's Webfeet took the diamond in 1890, representing Oregon in the Pacific Northwest League during baseball's raw, regional era. Before the modern minor leagues took shape, clubs like the Webfeet gave Portland its first real claim to organized ball. That name alone carried the spirit of the rainy city they called home.
Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.
