Ogdensburg Maples played in the Border League starting in 1946, representing a small northern New York town on the Canadian border. Minor league ball in those river towns wasn't just entertainment, it was civic pride. Places like Ogdensburg lived and died with every season, binding communities together through the simple promise of summer baseball. Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.
